Taxi Service in Barbados

Taxi in Barbados are not metered, however, fares are regulated by the Barbados government.

Fares are posted at various locations and are available on a list available from the taxi driver.

A typical trip from the Barbados International Airport to downtown Bridgetown costs about $30.  Regular sized cabs can take up to four people.

In addition to traditional taxis, mini-buses also operate on the island and can take 7 or 8 passengers.
