National Heroes' Square marks the centre of Bridgetown Barbados. It is home to a beautiful fountain, a war memorial and a famous monument.
The monument commemorates Lord Nelson, who visited Barbados in 1777.

The Nelson column and the nearby Parliament Building are reminiscent of London England.
The fountain in the square was built to commemorate the advent of running water in Bridgetown.
Heroes' Square can be found on Broad Street, directly across from the Barbados Parliament Buildings.
